A valid passport and visa are required to enter Brazil. Americans arriving without valid passports and the appropriate visa may not be permitted to enter and will be subject to a fine and immediate deportation at the traveler's expense.

All of the following documents must be received by our office before processing your visa to Brazil.

BRAZIL VISA REQUIREMENTS:

• Order Form, thoroughly completed
• Your actual passport with at least 2 blank visa-designated pages. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months after intended departure from Russia
• One passport-size photograph
• Two copies of this Brazil visa application form, completed and signed
• Payment: A company or personal check or money order made payable to "Travel Visa Express" (see table below for amounts). To pay for your Brazil visa by credit card, please download the credit card authorization form. Include the form in the package that you mail to us.
• Travel itinerary: Submit a computer-generated flight itinerary from your travel agent, airline, or online booking agency or a copy of your ticket. The itinerary must show the applicant's name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information.
• Children 18 years old and younger, not traveling with their parents (both) should have a notarized letter of consent signed by the non-accompanying parent(s).
• A Certificate of vaccination against polio is required for children between ages of three months and six years. If the child cannot be inoculated, a notarized letter from the child's physician will be required.
• Tourists must enter Brazil within 90 (ninety) days of issuance of the visa. Please, do not apply for a visa earlier than one month before your planned departure. Initially, the tourist visa is valid for a 90 day stay. Applicants who wish to remain in Brazil for 90 additional days should request an extension at the local Brazilian Police Department. Tourist visas allow for a maximum stay of 180 days per year (consecutive)
